The companies must meet various criteria, for example the owners must have at least part of their registered office in Germany. Yearly turnover must be at least 50 million Euros and must be generated to 50% overseas on at least 3 continents. In addition, the companies have to be on spot one or two in at least one market segment relevant to their business. motan holding gmbh fulfils all these requirements.
