The new conveying station METROVAC SG for granulate is a flexible and cost-efficient solution for small central conveying applications. It can control up to 8 METRO SG HOS material loaders, up to 8 proportioning valves and 4 purging valves. The new conveying station is a complete package including a vacuum blower, a PLC control and a cyclone dust filter with collection bin. Side channel blowers lend themselves to these kinds of conveying distances and are built into the METROVAC SG and generate reliable vacuum. Because of the quiet blower, the vacuum blower stations can be located directly next to the processing machine. The station is available as either a 400V or 480V version.
