Material handling meets sustainability - Trade fair in Barcelona

One of the most important plastics trade fairs in Spain took place at the Gran Via exhibition centre of Fira Barcelona from 14th to 17th September 2021.

motan-colortronic gmbh Süd was represented at the booth of Spanish partner Coscollola. It was clear to see how important it was to be able to visit a trade fair in person again. Around 15,000 visitors were recorded at the trade fair over 4 days. The focus on sustainability aroused the interest of many experts, who were visiting the event and looking forward optimistically to economic recovery.

The Expoquimia and the Eurosurfas for the chemistry and surface treatment industries took place concurrently with Equiplast.

The open and inviting Coscollola presentation concept and the multifaceted portfolio attracted plenty of existing and new customers to the booth in Hall 3. The next Equiplast will take place in 2023 in Barcelona.

 

The motan-group

mo explains: " Injection molding produces sprues that can immediately be turned into regrind and reused. This makes sense because it saves money and protects the environment. If the initial material needs to be dried it can save even more money as regrind does not usually need to be dried if it is being reused immediately.
