Global swift Product Training at motan Taicang
“New face, new era”. Under this motto, motan Taicang's training session kicked off on April 7 with a welcoming speech by BH Co, Managing Director for North Asia. He gave an overview of the development history of the swift series and at the same time emphasized the important role that service technicians play in maintaining high product standards worldwide.

Over four consecutive days, participants deepened their knowledge of the swift products - in theory and practice. After theoretical units on the respective product lines, all participants were able to work directly on the units and simulate real service tasks in a controlled training environment. For a deeper understanding, the days were divided into the product ranges of conveying products, drying systems and specific system configurations. The training also included question and answer sessions and in-class tests, as well as feedback sessions to make future training even more effective. At the end, everyone received certificates for a successful completion of the program.

During the training, the participants not only had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the swift series, but were also able to exchange ideas and share experiences with engineers from other countries. This further ensured better coordination within the service network and a uniform orientation of the international service teams.
The program was developed as part of motan's standard service training to provide consistent technical instruction and hands-on experience for all participants. Upon completion of the program, all participants will be familiar with service procedures and prepared to apply standardized methods in their respective regions. This serves motan's goal of ensuring service consistency and operational safety around the world through qualified, well-trained personnel.
